Located next to the new rail stop in Windsor Locks, CT, this mixed-use multifamily development provides a blend of modern affordable and market-rate housing designed to CHFA standards. The project includes ground-floor retail and community space to activate the streetscape, creating a lively, pedestrian-friendly environment. Its prime location supports walkability and enhances access to regional transit, reinforcing the town’s growth and connectivity.
The design prioritizes sustainability through energy-efficient systems and durable, resilient materials, reducing environmental impact while improving long-term performance. As a transit-oriented development, it encourages reduced car dependency and supports equitable access to housing and services. Rooted in the cultural identity of Windsor Locks, the project seeks to reflect and uplift the local community through context-sensitive design and inclusive public spaces.

By echoing the neighborhood’s typical height, window rhythm, and material palette, the building establishes a familiar presence within the streetscape.
