Located within the four-story Bryant University Unistructure, Salmanson Dining Hall is the main dining hub for students. This renovation project enhances both efficiency and experience by introducing a defined entry and queuing area, improving circulation, and upgrading furniture for comfort and durability.

A redesigned layout and cohesive new material palette create a modern, welcoming atmosphere that supports daily campus life and aligns with the university’s student-focused vision.

PROJECT ROLES

Schematic Design

  • Developed and presented early design options.

  • Created renderings and helped with preliminary material selection

Design Development:

  • Rendered design development renderings and contributed in creating client presentations.

  • Contributed in the development of the DD package.

Construction Documents:

  • Contributed in the development of the Permit Set

  • Created details, exterior and interior elevations, schedules, and finish plan.

  • Organized and led coordination meetings with consultants.

Construction Administration:

  • Assisted with RFIs, Submittals, Change Order Requests, and Payment Applications.

  • Created field reports and conducted bi-weekly site visits.

  • Participated in OAC meetings and helped create meeting minutes.
